[Technical Case] Introduction of Underwater Granulation Technology for Engineering Plastics
Since it is heated by an electric heater, a separate heat source device is not necessary! Introducing the underwater granulation technology of engineering plastics.
We are pleased to introduce a new type of die that incorporates advanced technologies, such as the adoption of insulation structures, and has developed underwater pelletizing technology for high melting point engineering plastics. We have adopted an electric heater heating method that allows for the heating and maintenance of the die at temperatures above 300°C. This eliminates the need for a separately installed heat source device, enabling significant space savings and cost reductions. We will continue to develop various underwater pelletizing machines (UWC) for engineering plastics in the future. Additionally, our resin technology development center is equipped with numerous extruders, allowing for practical performance evaluations. 【Features】 ■ Electric heater heating method - Capable of heating and maintaining the die at temperatures above 300°C ■ Improved flowability with spherical pellets - By pelletizing underwater, we can obtain uniform spherical pellets with good flowability, without vacuum bubbles appearing on the surface. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
